Here are some frequently asked questions related to the commission process.

1. Do you offer portraits of people?

At the moment, I’m not accepting human portraits, but all animals are welcome!

2. What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of a custom order, I don’t offer refunds. If your portrait is damaged in shipping, however, I will create another one free of charge upon you returning the damaged artwork to me.

3. Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping and handling is included in the portrait fee

4. How do you accept payments?

Right now, I accept payments only through Paypal. I’m looking into including credit card payments through Stripe

5. What if I want changes made to the portrait?

If I’m combining several photos to create a composition, we will be in close collaboration to come up with the right mockup. I’ll design some sample compositions in photoshop. After you have approved the mockup, no further changes can be made.

6. Do you accept payment plans?

Right now, full payment is required up front, due to the nature of a custom order

7. Why do you require a non-refundable deposit?

This is to cover the cost of materials and a bit of my time in case you decide to cancel the order partially through. If for some reason I am not able to complete the portrait (very rare), then I will refund the deposit.

8. How long does it take to complete a drawing?

If there are clients ahead of you, I’ll be able to tell you up front when your slot is scheduled. If the portrait is time-sensitive, such as a gift, I’ll do my best to accommodate, but I can’t promise anything
